Cowaramup Country
It would be pretty rare to find a larger developer who lives in the town they are sub-dividing and who will remain in the town after the project is complete.
As long time residents and having such a strong connection to the land which was formerly used as a family farm, the whole family is committed to maintaining the towns unique environment.
We wanted to create this new residential environment sensitively and to extend everything we love about the Cowaramup town centre into a new area.
As it is the people that make the community and the community that plays such a strong role in the town we thought you might want to know a little bit more about who we are and why we are doing this.

Well there is me, project manager of Cowaramup Country and daughter/niece to the "three Earl Boys".
Left the region when I was 18 to go to university and thinking I never would return (except for visits of course). Nearly 10 years later, I found myself back here and absolutely loving it.
I am thankful for
the opportunity to be involved with Cowaramup Country and love the challenge being part of the evolution of the town and the responsibility of leaving a legacy.
My vision for Cowaramup Country is that it seamlessly becomes part of an already wonderful town that people visit and wished they could either live here or stay just another day. One of those rare and amazing towns around the world that still retains in soul and character. |
